Policies for Lee's Grand Lake Resort

Lee's Grand Lake Resort is open year-round. 

  • One night non-refundable deposit required to reserve.

  • Additional Guest / Per Person, per Day $16.00 (2024) / $18.00 (2025 or later) for each guest (over 2 years old).

  • Pets are allowed only in our designated Pet Friendly cabins. Guests who wish to check in their pets into a  Friendly Cabin requires a $100.00 damage deposit (refundable). Pet registration is required at check-in. Pet Cleaning fee is $10.00 per day, per Pet.  No more than 2 animals in a cabin. Leashes required at all times outdoors. Always pickup after your pet.  No aggressive dogs are permitted at Resort. If there is any injuries caused by your pet, the owner of the pet will be responsible for any expenses or charges related to the injury. Hence, the Resort will be waived of any liability caused by your Pet's injury. The Resort Management reserves the right to access any additional charges for failures to adhere to all the pets rules and regulations.

  • Cancellation for Cabin & Venue Reservations: One night non-refundable deposit required to reserve. Cancellation request made 30 days or more will allow for the deposit to be used as future cabin and venue cabin credit good for 30 days from cancelled reservation check-in date. The credit cannot be used for an existing reservation. Cancellation request made with less than 30 days from check-in date will result in full  amount on the reservation to be paid.   

  • Security Deposit - There will be a refundable deposit/incidental hold of $250 required at check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental expenses or lost items that may occur during your stay. If the damage/lost items exceed the amount, guests will be responsible to pay the remaining amount with the credit card on file. 

  • Check-in anytime after 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

  • Speed limit is always 5 MPH within the Resort! This is for everyone's safety and to keep the Resort a pleasant environment for all our guests. If you are stopped for speeding, we will kindly remind you to follow the posted signs and reduce your speed.

  • We are NOT Zoned for Tent Camping. Additional tents for sleeping may NOT be set up on Resort property.

  • No wood burning campfires allowed in the Resort due to the fire risk associated with severe high winds in the area.

  • No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages

  • Please do not damage the trees or shrubbery

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Please secure your own valuables. The Resort is not responsible for loss or theft. The Resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries on property. 

  • NO SMOKING, NO VAPING or MARIJUANA USE in the Cabins. Smoking or Vaping is allowed only at the picnic tables adjacent to the cabins. Guests must properly dispose of cigarettes after they are completely extinguished for fire safety. Smoking of marijuana is completely prohibited on Resort property.

  • If evidence / observation of violating the smoking policy, a $300 fee will be added to your bill

  • Do not walk on floors or decks with crampons, yak-tracks, or spiked footwear of any kind. You will be responsible for any damage.

  • Do not leave the doors open or remove the screens, as it will attract bugs and possibly animals into the cabin

  • Lock all the doors when you leave the cabin for the day

  • All items in the cabin and hotel rooms are inventoried before your arrival and at your departure

  • Missing items from the cabin will be charged back to your card on file

  • Our Cabins are cleaned professionally for the next guests, we ask that you leave the Cabins in good condition, as expected with any Rental.

  • Please take all major trash to the dumpster if it does not fit in the trash cans. Keep trash cans outside the cabins tightly closed. 

  • Wash all dishes and place them in the dish drainer.

  • Turn off the coffee pot, all appliances in the kitchen, television, and lights as your leave. Do not turn off heat/ac units, please!

  • All major credit cards are accepted as a form payment with additional 3% transaction fee to be added to the total bill. Paypal, Venmo or cash payment are the other alternatives options available.
