Lee’s Grand Lake Resort is a Christian-owned, family-oriented resort located in Grove, Oklahoma along the bluffs overlooking the beautiful Grand Lake O the Cherokees. We are a Christ-centered welcoming community of employees who work hard, share a real passion to serve others, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests and residents. The Resort has more than 25 cabins, a café, marina, meeting and wedding venues, RV sites as well as mobile home residents.

Job Summary
Lee’s Grand Lake Resort is seeking full-time, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, friendly individual, detailed and enthusiastic to be responsible Maintenance Crew for the overall maintenance and upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, cabins, streets, and equipment. The Crew will report to the General Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:

Meets with General Operations Manager daily to report on the status of all scheduled maintenance work. Notifies the Management of unsightly or hazardous conditions and recommended solutions.

Actively engage in property maintenance and repairs of cabins, grounds, facilities such as swimming pool, curbs, landscape, cabin interior and exterior, etc.

Performing duties in a safe manner, adhering to all safety procedures and properly using safety equipment.

Adheres to resort policies and procedures as well as follow a strict resort rules and regulations as well as guidelines.

Follows-up on work assignments to ensure efficient, thorough completion of assigned work orders.

Maintains equipment maintenance logs and ensures proper maintenance of resort golf carts.

Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with General Operations Manager to make purchases of supplies, equipment and services as needed while ensuring to adhere to budget guidelines.

Coordinate with Housekeeping Team Supervisor and General Operations Manager to ensure all guests maintenance calls and work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
3 years of proven working experience with general maintenance techniques, repair work, and grounds keeping.

Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing, construction, electrical, wood work, HVAC, pool and grounds maintenance.

Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment.

Ability to work independently and remain motivated

Helpful with customer service orientation

Prioritization and time management skills

Basic tech and computer proficiency, including the ability to use Office Suite, email, internet and texting apps.

Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Knowledge of English language
-
Clean criminal background history with no drug use of any kind.

Ability to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
