"Cook Shack" Rates
Cook shack has two sides (each seats 40 people) that can be reserved separately (close room divider) or together. Each side had a refrigerator, stove and microwave and is equipped with AC and heat as well as a restroom and flat screen TV. One side has a fireplace. The basement is the size of the two sides and tables can be added for an additional 80 people or so. Note - There is a $50 cleaning deposit required for the cook shack. The cleaning deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by the Lee's Resort Office Manager.
Cook Shack - Rates for customers staying at Lee's Resort:

The Rec Hall seats about 30-40 people and has a full kitchen, a 52" flat screen, a piano and a restroom.
